Now that we know what Adrenal Fatigue is,
what the symptoms are, and what causes it,
it’s time to learn what we can do about it.

I read an article by Dr. Michael Lam, M.D. and
Dorine Lam, R.D. that said, “Excessive us of
prescription drugs to suppress symptoms often
makes the Adrenal Fatigue condition worse.”

In addition, they say, “TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR
HEALTH”. “Unfortunately, most conventionally trained
western physicians, including endocrinologists,
are not trained in Adrenal Fatigue…This lack of training
results in a widespread approach of symptom suppression
instead of dealing with the root cause as that is the best
any doctor can do with confronted with the unknown.”

They go on to say, “Continuing with inexperienced health
care providers can make you worse rather than better.”

Here’s a link to a test provided by Dr. Lam for you to determine
if you have Adrenal Fatigue.

You won’t hear that from many physicians…

So what do we do now?

Let’s start with some good nutritional supplementation.

No, I’m not pushing pills, but nutritional supplementation with
things you can purchase at the grocery store.

Let’s look at 5 simple supplements:
1. Magnesium: (It’s like a super-food)It increases energy, calms anxiety, relieves
muscle aches and spasms, improves digestion,
balances out the (calcium, potassium and
sodium) trifecta, can prevent migraines,
improve heart health and even prevent

b.   The main reason it’s included is because it
is such a powerful inflammatory that many
researchers have argued that it even rivals
many drugs, including anti-inflammatories,
anti-depressants, painkillers, diabetes drugs,
cholesterol drugs, anticoagulants, and even chemotherapy.
c.  Turmeric relieves things like arthritis, gastrointestinal
issues and helps detox the body.

3. Probiotics are fantastic for use in boosting our immune
system, improving digestive function and healing inflammatory
conditions, like IBS.

4. 5-HTP is popularly known for its production of serotonin and
its appetite suppressant qualities. Studies suggest that
taking 5-htp with a meal helps us feel fuller.

5. Fiber is a natural substance that absorbs water and expands
in our digestive tract. This expansion gives us a
sense of satiety or fullness, allowing us to go longer without
eating or even to eat less. In addition, it passes through
the body undigested and slows the absorption of
